    Hello, I have a problem. Your model seems to have some issues. The curve of J-V shows a bend near Voc, which is not realistic. In practical experiments, such S-shaped melodies only appear under certain special circumstances. I couldn't find a way to improve.

      Where Filtered Spectrum is Used: Top Cell:The top cell absorbs a portion of the incident light, leaving a "filtered" spectrum to pass through to the bottom cell. This filtered spectrum is what the bottom cell experiences, with the high-energy photons (typically the shorter wavelengths) already absorbed by the top cell.In SCAPS 1D, you set the top cell to use the full spectrum of sunlight (e.g., AM1.5G) as input. Bottom Cell:The bottom cell receives the filtered spectrum from the top cell, which means it will only absorb the light that was not absorbed by the top cell. In SCAPS 1D, this requires you to adjust the input spectrum for the bottom cell based on the absorption characteristics of the top cell.You can simulate this by using a custom or filtered spectrum for the bottom cell in the optical input settings. This spectrum is typically generated from the top cell's absorption profile. When to Use Filtered Spectrum:During Optical Simulation: When modeling the optical properties and behavior of the tandem solar cell, a filtered spectrum is crucial for accurately predicting the performance of each sub-cell.In Tandem Configuration: Whenever you are simulating a tandem structure with two or more sub-cells in SCAPS 1D, you need to use a filtered spectrum to ensure that each sub-cell's input light intensity and wavelength range are realistic.By properly setting up the filtered spectrum, you can more accurately simulate the real-world performance of tandem solar cells in SCAPS 1D, leading to better understanding and optimization of the device.

      Adjusting the Voltage Sweep in SCAPS-1D: Open the SCAPS-1D software and go to the I-V Measurement section. Look for the Voltage Range or Sweep Settings option. Set the Start Voltage to -2V and the Stop Voltage to 2V. This will configure SCAPS to perform a voltage sweep from -2 volts to +2 volts.
