You are right, but I realized back in 2004 we have no real checks and balances when George Bush Jr. launched the Iraq War on zero evidence of WMD and 9/11 connection and Congress rubber stamped it. Those are hard jobs. We lose so much experience too. These career guys can't easily be replaced. You cannot replace decades of experience. The whole place goes downhill. It makes us all less safe.
