"Two turtle Doves" from "Partridge Pie"

David Hillary plays "Two Turtle Doves" from "Partridge Pie" by Richard Rodney Bennett" a suite of piano pieces themed on the twelve days of Christmas. Richard Rodney Bennett builds this piece out of major thirds which give a bleak and spooky feel that is very evocative of winter in England.
