I think it depends on time of day when you listen…I start my workouts very early, still dark out…this works well for the initial 20 minutes when you’re getting going. Reminds you immediately why you’re up.

I don't know exactly how else to say as to why other than I believe it's thee way for me to evolve into my dream and it now be physical rather than just a thought. God bless me, and thabkyou to all and me, for not giving up and always running towards the pain instead of choosing comfort too.long. BALANCE BALANCE

What ever that has happened to you in your past your inner child that was hurt people that hasnt healed also and like a Generational curse stemming from Adam and Eve comes from one Generation to the next hurt people do hurt people..How ✋️ stop that you know how you felt and how affected you .And you dont your children to feel that way when all you wanted to loved and your parents are supposed to be love ❤you and nourishing you .But they never felt it from there parents its a revolving door 🚪 its causes depression axienty abuse children mimic there parents and a child while young saw there dad get drunk and beat there mother 👩 and cheated on there parents they think its ok .Because they wernt shown how you should treat one another and whats right from wrong. ALSO these people that say iam A homesexual and born that way no you weren't a young inconcent baby you were .And while a child you were sexual abused by a pedofile that was abiused by other pedofile by priest s of family or someone of trust. IHAVE known many homesexuals in my life brother was gay and died of Aids .I remember in my childhood when my brother was molested in memory. By a stranger that got him .if everyone told the Truth all the homesexuals were on a lie detector they would tell the Truth. All so they were sex abused as a child. And homesexuals its a sexual thing could have a lovely partner at home but are on the beat in parks toilets 🚻 All these Mental illness PTS D all of them stems from what has happened in there lifes and didnt have justice also had to be Quiet. And Felt ashamed like it was there faults. And the pedofiles get away with it all .And it could be your old uncle and hes starting to take interest in children you know and you see the signs and you say nothing and other victim is awaiting there inner child and thats going to cause them depression axienty and major mental illness in the future it usually comes out when much older and look back on there lifes .They haven't healed that inner child it was abused .And only they heal is by forgiving them and dont allow any child to be treated the same if you can stop it .Don't have to have anything to do with Tixic people but you longer a victim. You learn to love your self and your worth. Breaking that Generational curse your not passing on it stops with you .And that is the cause of all Mental illness in this world 🌎 And its rampant
