Ого, у чела индикатор стрелочный а не из куска гнутой проволоки, пол из бетона а не поколено в песке и мусоре. Более менее нормальный станок вместо какой нибудь херни сваренной из бензопилы, трехколесного велосипеда и швейной машинки. Это точно в Индии?
Думаю метрологическую проверку измерительный инструмент не проходил,станок не проходил на технологическую точность проверку, так что всё равно на выходе будет херня.А чтобы пройти техточность станка нужно иметь эталоный цилинд линейку призмы итд, а взять их не где и сделать тоже не где. Замкнутый круг крути хоть так хоть этак на выходе херня.Фреза садится, её нужно заточить по средней линии зуба, шаблон зубьев нужно иметь,оптический измерительный станок итд. Как они точат фрезу , отрезным кругом и турбинкой наверняка. Заготовка шестрени отлита из Стали 5 наверное ржавые трубы , корпуса Пк и консервные банки. Невозможно сделать в этих условиях нормальную шестерню.У них нет знаний о машиностроении поэтому для них вроде всё заебись.

I have sharpened many gear hob cutters as are used in this video. They are not as difficult to do as you might think if know how. I can sharpen one in less time than it took to cut the gear . You can get many regrinds off a cutter this.

But as I keep saying to you sneerers: go to your local scrapyard, buy some worn out machinery and try make the same products.

What about hardening the cogs? It's raw steel for now and can't be used without tempering.
Yes it’s tempering before using
the sprocket is not hardened as it appears on the video. and I believe that they will never make these workmen. they neglect several steps during the maintenance of broken or damaged parts...example. they weld a shaft a broken axle of a truck directly with a welding station at 300...400 amperes. without heating the axis to a precise temperature between 300 and 800 degrees. that is why the parts and maintenance of these workshops. wear out very quickly. and won't last long.
