A Speech/Language Pathologist suggested listening to this kind of noise in order to train my brain to filter it out when I'm trying to focus and concentrate. This was a shock to me. I've always tried to avoid ambient sound instead of using it to learn to deal with it. Whole new concept for me. Thanks for this one, it's very nice and not jarring. Kind of like a classroom environment I have to be in where sounds bounce off cement block walls.

I tell you I went through some of these channels last year when COVID hit, and I was just about to go out, and get a late night breakfast and coffee, then 24 hour cafe's were closing, and I was too mad, now their open, and I'm on my way out now, here in Las Vegas. Sorry for being the odd one out but, the video is repeated every 25 seconds. I love the natural sounds of the people but, couldn't you just let the camera film them for about an hour so we could listen to many varied conversational sounds, and different clinks of cups and people walking around.

I've been using this at night for my puppy to get him ready to sleep - its been an absolute godsend and it also means I've been able to take him to cafés and pubs and he just relaxes straight away.

This was caused 45 years ago (!) using too much (methyl)amphetamine on a party. Now again provoked by the same kind of substances. So dubbel effect. I wonder if more people find help for Tinnitus and psychological suffering on this. Thank you!!!

Why is it on such a short loop though? Surely just the whole cafe atmosphere/background is constant and enough without you seeing the same spoon action over and over! Sounds are pleasant and calming.

I love this very much. I listen to it as I sit in cafes doing work because the ambience in the cafe is overstimulating so I listen to this instead to handle my spasms. I’m also suffering from schizophrenia and this helps get rid of the voices, but then they become baristas and I get lost ;(
The loop could be a bit longer. I cannot have it longer than some minutes because the movements repeat again and again. If it was a bit longer, 15 or 30 minutes until the Cappuccino was gone it would be perfect.
