I beat diabolic Morgan Freeman with Wendy, Mintberry Crunch and Henrietta. I just went between taunting and applying berry/mint to Morgan/Wendy, and it seemed to work nicely. He couldn't even damage me until he started taking two turns at a time. Mintberry is nice for those charms as well.
Fun Fact: If you're fighting this boss with the Coon and Mr. Freeman says this line at 1:52, Cartman responds with: "They're called graphic novels, Morgan Freeman." It's pretty rare considering how much people fight Morgan Freeman with the Coon.
