The Programmer of video games I think there’s a good chance he will make an appearance. Vice City was so popular and so many grew up playing Vice City and enjoying it the most from the 3D universe. The attraction and dedication to that character and style of that game will definitely be impactful. Think about it, how many times did you wait in a car until a song was done playing before you entered or ended a mission.
