I have found that Nissan X-trail e-power fuel economy is not accurate. The display shows about 10% less usage when compared to actual fuel to fill divided by km travelled. With the X-Trail, I believe it’s because Nissan state the fuel tank size as 55l in the e power but its a 60l tank capacity.
My previous 3 tanks with my X-Trail Epower showed on the display 6.4l/100km, 5.9l/100km and 6.0l/100km but based on fuel to fill it up it was actually 7.01l/100km, 6.54l/100km and 6.6l/100km.

2.1 kWh battery... hmmm... People are concerned about the capacity of battery packs in electric cars. Each battery pack has a limited number of charging cycles. The e-Power system discharges and charges this small battery pack continuously. This should mean that the number of charging cycles is used up quickly. Has anyone calculated how long this small battery pack will last?

@Paweł k :) just thinking at 50/50 last night after posted previous comment. Even at 50/50 this car is nice. Ok, saying on the highway is around the same thing like a diesel, even 1 litre/100 km higher. But don't forget this is a 2 tons SUV making 0...100 in 7 seconds. What diesel engine can do this? Obviously, a 2.5 at least, even a 3.0 diesel. Do you think such a diesel engine can achieve 5 or 6l/100 at 140km/h on highway to say it's much better? I don't think so....
On the other hand, you have the 50% in the city. A 3.0 diesel + 2 tons suv in a jam traffic is about 12...14 l/100, even worse. And you know the worst thing? You fuck your clutch and your engine with hundreds of start and stops. This one operates electrically. Is not only the 5.5 l consumption but you drive quietly, no idle, no start-stop, you have all the torque from 0 rpm, no clutch, no gearbox, no transmission shaft...
Probably this technical solution isn't as mature like other hybrids on Toyota, Honda and so on but I don't give a shit...when you can spend 50k euro on a car I don't think 1 liter more for 100 km will break you bank. And the driving comfort is much better.
