Thank u so much for this walk. When I feel too cold to go out and walk, we sit at Starbucks, have my fave carrot cake.😊 I also had my 1st semla at Vete-Katten in Kungsgatan🥰.I miss Stockholm😢. I actually braved the extreme cold when Sweden opened after the border eased up last winter to see my daughter. I always say I wish I got the enthusiasm u have in walking coz I also like adventures. But being a heart attack survivor, I only made sure I could travel to be with my daughter just after two weeks of rest after my heart stent. Limited to my target heart rate when I walk. Your channel later on became my window as I was recovering physically and mentally. Particularly when u start talking to us in your channel! The pandemic and my heart condition was too much but watching LWAS helped me look forward whats happening inside Stockholm.More power to this channel❤ U never thought of ways u can help others, unwittingly u did.
Hey Daniel. You could clearly see that many young women you met in the Main Hall looked at you enthusiastically and wondered who is this handsome athletic young man.
Thank you for a perfect video. Nice to watch these places again keep it up. Its nice to tell the month at start so watchers have ideas which month has which kind of weather😊
Thank you Daniel, another nice video with lots of Information 👍I am already looking forward to my trip to Stockhom in August. I will contact you . Greetings from Germany 😊🙋♀️
When we were in that exact location (in front of SJ's Lounge) back in December waiting to board our train to Copenhagen, we were shocked at how those benches were fully occupied by just homeless people. Such a beautiful central hall, but it was so sad to see that.
Well , yes and no. It is amazing that most homeless people at central station actually fit on those benches. In most countries they get chased away and there are thousands. In Stokholm there are not so many and the station let them sleep there. So i see it as a positive thing. But offcourse homelessness is heartbreaking! But in there they are warm and safe.
I remember the restrooms were super expensive there. I don't know about prices now. Enjoy eating and drinking in station shops, but when you are ready to do the business you have to pay again.
So true! It costs 10kr which is unfortunately quite common in Sweden. So it is not more expensive than in other places in the city. But i personally think it should cost more like 5kr.
Question : This is another station than this shown on the rest of (almost all) other videos? Is this like, for the "normal" trains, if I can say like that, e. g. for these comes from distance and foreign counties, instead of the other, is like for within the city? Sorry for my ignorance..
Yes good question. The central station area consists of 4 parts/stations. Busterminal, tcentralen (metro) , Stockholm City (trains within Stockholm region) and this one Central station which are long distance trains.
@@letswalkaroundstockholm OH, now I see! Nice, Thanks for the information! Must be... Huge then.. 😄 You see, in your way, you have made us all, a little of.. Stockholm citizens!! 😄
Does that mean that Starbucks is not very common in Sweden, in general? I don't think that Starbucks's coffee is particularly good, after living in Israel for a few years where there aren't any Starbucks at all.

You should do video at Stockholm Quality Outlet.. For me it's the best place for tourists to shop
Great suggestion thanks
So that katten bakery has branch in station now?! Cardamom bun yum!😋
Apparently yes!
While vete in Vete-Katten means wheat, it's also a pun since "det vete katten" ~ heck knows.
🇸🇪 💛

On the day i uploaded it!

That is 2 floors down. Just take the elevator :-)
