Looking so beautiful! Love the la belle epoque tulips. I feel for you on the red anemones. Just my two cents but I think men like the color red more than women do. With a few exceptions, like Double Delight rose which I adore, I am not a fan of red flowers in my garden and I have heard quite a few other women say the same.

I was in your area yesterday and today and thought about how beautiful your garden looks! The tulips are spectacular and I love the purple/orange combo. I'm afraid to plant tulips because I have deer that roam through every evening but I think next year I must take a chance and plant some tulips.I'll just need to keep up with deer spray.

    Danielle , wow your
garden is heavenly.. your Grandmother would be so proud of you! You have really put some hard work into it over the years.. Your community is so blessed. I have a question, how do you combat tree roots when digging a new garden patch. I gave up and put a raised bed in but would love to have simalar in another area .. where we have a few bushes in a long row.. some didn't make winter a few years back poor bunnies were hungry so the developed a apitight for them.. long story .. thanks again for sharing your garden space with us❤

Your garden is so gorgeous right now. Mine looks like a desert wasteland, the deep snows we got this winter finally just melted and I am taking inventory of what plants made it and those that just gave up the ghost. My reblooming lilacs never did great for me and did not smell as sweet so when they died I was not heartbroken. I do have a lot of heirloom lilacs that are gorgeous so no great loss. My peonies are barely peeking out of the soil and a couple look like the gophers ate them completely over the long winter. A first, the peonies in this neighborhood have been here for 50 plus years and many are completely gone.

All my tulips have finished blooming so it’s a real treat to see the absolutely stunning ones in your garden (I’m in zone 6B also but in central KY). If money, time, energy, etc. we’re no object, I’d design my garden to look a lot like yours. I love the winding path with the steppingstones and all the beautiful plants on either side. Thanks for the tour, Danielle, and for providing such wonderful inspiration.

Hi Danielle. What is the evergreen to the right foreground of the last shots of your main flower walk? And remind me again, what zone you're in. I'd love to add an evergreen with that shape and texture, but am wondering if my zone of 5B might not be right for what you're growing. To me, that tree looks like some kind of cypress. Hope to hear back. Thanks so much.

I thought the cat's tail was a snake for a second 😮 the tulips towards the end of the video took my breath away. They aren't traditional tulips I grew up with. They almost have a vintage look. If that makes sense. I love the curves and multi shades. They'd look so pretty in an all English cottage garden. Your garden is absolutely beautiful. I watch your video of the Andalusia gardens. I think that's the correct way to spell it. It was beautiful but yours is definitely just a beautiful. I'd love a video on just shade tree gardens with plants and flowers that would be conducive to a shady or woody garden.
