Honestly, Seungkwan is the right choice for this show. I remember Jeonghan said that when he's having concerns and more serious problems, he's the one he goes out with to talk about it bc he listens well and gives good advice (despite being one of the youngest lol). The man in the second concern is sending many red flags up for being an abusive spouse. The controlling behavior at home, and concern that his wife will be liked by others making working and going out limited, and insulting her weight are all signs. This is not healthy.

Like most I came here to see the sebongies, and they were adorable as ever (Seungkwan is such a cutie during the whole show) but I seriously got so into the show the hell with these husbands I would rather get a divorce and leave than deal with their bullshit, especially the first one (the second one is bad too but still) I got tired of his excuses, why can't you man up and take responsability? And with a sick son? Seriously? Not only is he shitty husband he's a shitty father. You have a great point, it's just on this world, not only kindhearted and logical people like you exist, there are so many people who are selfish and does not care about the others. I think the most important message of every show or stories like this is not to change the "bad people" to behave better(even though that would be nice) because once it becomes a habit it's hard to change. And also this is a TV show, they can always just lie. The main point is to tell everyone who is watching (including the younger viewers) to not become the people they see on this show.

So many people from my fave groups are here lately (Eunwoo from Astro and Peniel from BTOB, Wei and Kuhn from Up10tion and now Seungkwan and Jeonghan), that I actually got into this show now
Svea Winter I honestly have to thank Yixing and EXO though. For many reasons but this time, cause they introduced me to so many things, including a bunch of variety shows and I love Hello Counselor now too! Not just cause of idols, but it's interesting to listen to others
I'm just wondering about the wife in the second concern, why does she listen to her husband? Who is he to make rules about when she can and can't go out? like what would he do if she didn't listen to him, if she listens to him because she's afraid of making him angry then she probably shouldn't even be with him in the first place...
Jaej Tah I was also wondering about this. on of the biggest reasons husbands like him go this far is because wives let them. if he isn't harming her or scaring her then why is she following his "rules" ? it only makes him think he has control over her life more and more..
no matter how nice a husband is no matter how loving he is, the wife should never let him feel like he can tell her what she can or can't do...
it's a cycle, that doesn't end. If you continue to live with somebody like that, you will get manipulated over time, and stuck with fear. and she also has kids, which makes it more complcated, a single mom has it harder to survive and take care of the kids. and there's also the hope, that it will get better.. there's only prayer that can solve it..
because if they don't listen, they get hurt, either physically or verbally.

Thekooks it's easy to say that as an outsider looking in on the situation. It's hard to completely understand why victims of this kind of control or abuse don't leave when you've not been through it yourself.
Part of the problem might be that the mother needs the father's income to raise her kids, and she doesn't want to can't leave the family because of it :(

The fact that Jeonghan and Seungkwan as the guest in Hello Counselor really make me proud. They've been a fan of this show, and wanted to come. I also watch the show regularly, realizing that some people actually have a problem I can't ever imagine is quite sad, but makes me more aware of other people and learn to be in their shoes. This show really is the good one, I hope they'll keep it up and solves more concerns.

I've watched this ep and I'm gonna watch this again, because this ep is very entertaining and I just love the way Jeonghan and Seungkwan are smiling. I think the last concern with the talkative boss is the funniest, plus Kang Myung is so handsome, even tho she's a girl. She kinda looks like DK!

My 2 cents on the ep! (long):
AHHH the first two concerns were really really bad and I honestly sympathize with the mothers so much! I hate seeing a love relationship turn into something akin of being 'entitled' to ones lover. Although the men may love their wives, but that wasn't the way to go about showing their love! For me the worst part about both is the lack of communication. I hope they talk to each other more and learn about each other! This episode showed that marriage isn't all rainbows and happiness, there are these things that can happen too... I'm worried about my own married life someday, hopefully it's not is worrisome as these ones! Especially with the second one's children! They seem really... distant? and detached? I hope they grow into a loving happy family! :))
BUT THE 3RD CONCERN THOUGH LMAO I HAVE NEVER LAUGHED SO HARD AT A HELLO COUNSELOR VIDEO. THIS WAS PURE GOLD HAHAHA! Their concerns were justified though, it's hard to stop someone you know from talking about things they love, even though the story's been repeated SO MANY TIMES. I applaud them for taking the courage to come out and talk, because there's always that sort of uncertainty of a shift in relationship between them and their boss. Thankfully, it seems that the boss is pretty easy-going haha! Still, again hopefully things will get sorted out^^
AND CANNOT FORGET SEVENTEEN LOL CARAT REPRESENT! Seungkwan and Jeonghan are pretty interactive here! Seungkwan is emotional but that's a good thing! He's sensible and sensitive, and his solid advice might help the family in the long run. I'm really glad he focused on the children because, as he said, they too are a large part of the family. Everyone needs to cooperate! And Jeonghan HAHAHA his comment about "What happened to Woobin?" is just pure gold! I like that he's not scared of saying it out loud (and you can see Seungkwan slapping his knee lol) because it IS a sensitive? topic? At least to me- I get the feeling that appearances matter a lot in Korean culture ("lol you don't say?") - Anyways I'm happy they got a good chunk of screentime! *EVERYONE PLEASE CHECK SEVENTEEN OUT WHEN YOU CAN- YOU WON'T REGRET IT!*
Amiirisa T Its more of a sensitive topic mentioning his appearance because he's way older than Jeonghan and the whole respecting your elders in korea is very important, if nobody laughed he would look veeeeery rude lol
that last concern was soooo funny, the only other one i found that funny was also with restaurant workers too haha. It had the guy who delivered ramen who felt his boss was way too strict but it turned out he was just really lazy lolol

Seungkwan and Jeonghan looked so genuinely disgusted during the first complaint. Just goes to show how genuine they are.
I came for divaboo and an angel but have become so involved with these people's problems.
