LOVED IT. Can you do more PETITE GNAR videos for us who are just entering the realm of black trails? Not asking for a second channel but adding one in every once in a while would be FANTASTIC. STS brother.
THIS is the video I needed. Your comments about specific body, hand, foot positions for the various trail features we all encounter are golden. Thank you for helping us mortal riders! Your energy is addictive... keep up the great work Yoann!
4:33 Sitting on your heels for over a minute after your knee surgery..... I envy you. I cannot do that after my surgery. I'm glad they did a good job with you ;)
The knee surgery is a old souvenir now, not bothered by it most of the time. Sometimes it's a bit painfull but I've learned to take it chill and to rest it well :). It will never be the same tho, but I don't really care, I can still send it :)
This is a very excellent video - great instruction. Motivating - and, if you cannot breathe the forest air in person we can see it here clearly. Keep that stoke. Thanks for mentioning that "Gnar" is relative for everyone.
Great Video! I love all your videos Yoann. Great see hear you take a breath and talk to us intermediate riders about what we need to do on the trails. Well done!
I watch all your videos and this one was excellent as I could really relate to it . Most of the moves you make seem crazy to me but this was really well done. Thanks.
FANTASTIC! Love all these tips. Lots of vids out there but each say things differently so yours are bound to “connect” with many of us! Personally I’d love to see how you handle a roll that requires a pop or drop mid-way down.
I'm glad you can show off some more introductory trails and get more people excited, but I hope the channel doesn't get too dumbed down. I love watching all the big hits w/ you, steve, remy.
this could be a great series. most vids are of pro riders doing things that most of us will only ever dream we could. creating content from an entertaining pro like Yoann that the intermediate rider can learn from to progress their own riding skills is really needed. I hope that in the series Yoann you can occasionally incorporate an intermediate rider that you are helping. Thanks for all your energetic entertainment!
Great stuff! All your videos are great. Some coaching ones like this one once in while are super for folks who don’t have those epic trails in their backyard to practice on. Can’t wait for next trip to the coast to test it out.
thank you so much for this awesome edit , ive been lucky enough to have a petit gnar Experience with yoann , he's so good at breaking down the way to ride this stuff , more please
Stoked as much on the great instruction as the trail previews. Huge thanks to you and Rémy for the continuous stream of solid content. If you’re heading out today / this week, I’d be stoked to ride together! Here in Squamish visiting for the rest of the week. More than happy to be an example for you and the internet to critique… 😂👍
Love your episodes! Just will never understand why your breaks sing. I guess...SRAM. 😆 Since I tried Formula Cura 4, the first thing I do with new bikes is ditch SRAM breaks.
Just great. Inspirers me to test new things out. This is a good format. The Gnar is impressive but I, with my skills, can't take much away from them. This I can take something away from and improve my personal riding for a better experience on the trail. I think your channel will benefit from mixing videos like this, the ``oh hell no!! I would never!!´´ and this ``ye, I can do that´´ format

That's the plan my man !! I'll come up with some more Petite Gnar :)
@@YoannBarelli_IntoTheGnar Working Class petite gnar. I walked a lot of it on my xc/trail bike the other day.

I immediately adjusted my levers after watching this video. Galaxy brained revolutionary thinker this guy!!!
possibly one of the best pro tips video for tech riding every

Thank you :)
Brilliant. Loved that! Still not quite petite enough for me but some great tips none the less.
I can only ride TRÈS petite gnar!
a black diamond trail in Whistler, still plenty gnarly and technical. looks like a super fun trail, with plenty of spice.
Great Video! I love all your videos Yoann. Great see hear you take a breath and talk to us intermediate riders about what we need to do on the trails. Well done!

Yoann is more informative and entertaining in his second language than most people in their first language! Great video

thank you for showing how to negotiate some things i have rode away from
If I could pick anyone for a private lesson definitely picking you. Love the break down without over complicating the situation.
Brilliant, makes it sound and look rideable. What a confidence booster Yoann is, his motivation should come in tablet form to be taken once a day 😉
your gestures are outstanding, it doesn't need any comments
and as a german I love your frenglish

Do you really think I'm just gonna stop riding gnarly stuff just like that?? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO :) !!!

Great video for the masses / all us average riders out there. More please.

Thank you Yoann! Awesome teaching video, so useful for those of us trying to progress on rock rolls and black features. Please do more! 👍😂
Merci Yoann, super instructif! J'aurais aimé l'avoir écouter avant d'aller à Squamish. Je saurai pour la prochaine fois. Send it 🤘

T’es vidéos sont super cool mec, ton accent frenchy, tu y tiens hein 😜😃😃😃 au top 👌
Thanks a lot for this great video! I love all your videos on the channel but this one is the most interesting now
Excellent always entertaining and you learn something every time. 😃😃😃
This trail looks great! Chill but challenging. Must be lot of fun once you know it well!
super nice video! i love this format, its super informative! send it!

Excellent teaching, great job.
More of these please!
Great video - makes me want to book an Into the Gnar Experience - coaching session (unfortunately I live on another continent)
Double thumbs up! Really cool video. How about some cornering techniques over different surfaces?

Great stuff Yoann
Just the video i needed!
Thanks for all the great content, beast.
Great video mate 👍
Excellent explanation video!
such un incroyable professeur !
In control !
Great video! 🔥🔥🤘🏼
Good job.
Great content, but audio could use some normalization between when you are near and farer from the camera. A bit hard to understand sometimes.
nice funny tech video🔥 "ride like yoann".
For you it´s truly a petit gnar, Yoann. But for me it´s a grown up gnar, mate.. ^^
Yoann is so entertaining. I could listen to that guy read the dictionary
basic gnar is still gnar!
good
Great tips thanks YB. Who’s on the camera?
very informative Yoann
In 6:25 is your upper body far in front of the handlebars , in 11:49 not , why differently ?
Very unique. Just more action, less speech, more concise, and you'll be the king.
Need these work up to yoann level is the goal
I need a day of instruction!! Would be awesome
Very entertaining but try as a might I can’t make it look like you make it look. 😂
will NF sell Yoann edition pants?
I wish I also had 3 balls like this dude. 😂
Now I know, I'm a petite knarly rider. Who would have thought!? xD
Hahahahahaa !!!! I'm a petite gnarly rider sometimes too ;)
It would be fun to walk in that woods and start to hear weird noises around the forest. Not bike noises.
Sasquatch?!
yheaa
Who's the woman following you? I've never seen her on the channel before.
His wife
@@DavidFoundCo How did I not know that and why have I not seen her on the channel before? also nice name. :)
*rEfine Yoann ;)
Great stuff! Really useful for beginners like me. But. No credit for the person filming? Shame on you.
Chill out, it’s family filming bud hahaha..
@@YoannBarelli_IntoTheGnar As long as you return the favor and do the sound effects for their videos, that seems fair. Chapeau!
this guy makes a living riding green trails lol awesome dude but this was done 20 years ago on much less equipment hello
Ouh im gonna learn something and then dont do it on the trail, because im stupid nice

The channel is kinda bad!!!!!
When are you going to release some into the Gnar Merch?????
So the channel is bad because there isn’t any into the gnar merch ? Hahaha
Respect 👍
