We are not lawyers and therefore do not require detailed knowledge of the subject, however businesses do enter into contracts for various reasons and it is important that managers understand the basics of the law of contract.

There are various issues didn't need to be confronted when considering the law of contract, for example does a contract exist? Is their intention the contract exists? Is it legal that's such a contract should exist? Was consideration made so as to form the basis of the contract? A is the contract technically possible?
