Apollyon is archangel of the abyss. The name Apollyon appears in the book of Revelation 9:11 & Of all the ominous characters described in the book, Abaddon-also known as Apollyon-is one of the most menacing. This demonic being lives up to his name, which means destruction. In these lyrics I believe this is a sort of forewarning of things to come, the evil that would plague, the abuse of power & corruption.
Apollyon is the greek version of Abaddon..
Its also the hebrew name and it is a demon.
Dont trust all to much on this comic book the bible for its not accurate and it is full of bullshit.
Does this also tie into the age of Aquarius?
9/11 is also a notable date.. Obviously.. and a key in gematria.
For me Apollyon = nature = creation (and destruction!) = universe. I guess this is the beauty of art as it can be interprated in many different ways 🙂
