I was legitimately tearing up when I first saw the TTT2 trailer and they had this song play especially when Kunimitsu came out. Tekken Tag 1 was my childhood game and Kunimitsu was my favorite character growing up.
This was originally the music from the first Tekken Tag Tournament, so when I played this game I was so happy they brought it back for this one because it had been 10 years since I played the original game.
TTT2 is fucking fun, it is the casual's dream Tekken. 59 playable characters (everyone is here, seriously), badass and optional tag team with sick tag grabs, particulary cool character customization, awesome intros and outros, great music and fucking Slim Bob. I'm serious, try this game if you can.
I hope we get 30 songs with kazuya AT LEAST. Too many tekken songs I want from from the whole series (especially T3,5,&7 music as those are the 3 I played the most) I wouldn't be mad if kazuya got 50 songs though. Terry got 50, why not kazuya too?
@@Ichifate I would concur, street fighter has a beautiful meta that can't be replaced, but Tekken is VERY big on the reads. You commit harder in Tekken than any other game so when you're both making a move, your choice, once made, it's over, there's almost no canceling out. Gotta get dem READS. Street Fighter you have to battle with precision a lot more, which is tighter, but perhaps a bit *too* tight. I prefer it, but you play something like DOA and you feel there's room for them all to grow.
@@BigMac8000 And then there's Smash Melee. You have to fight with perfect frame combo setups, reads, etc. Honestly this is what I love about fighting games as a whole. You earn your wins with justified punishes and skill. Not with some damn luck like SF5.

But I also said that Melee has other mechanics besides frame perfect execution that makes the gameplay different than the rest of any other fighting game. The game is fast paced and people can do some crazy shit with their combos. Hell, look up GRsmash compilations for all the best moments in melee. And yes, Zero-to-Deaths are in smash. Also, you can't compare Melee to FighterZ when Melee has ledges and platforms with percentages while FighterZ has just two side borders with hp bars. Don't get me wrong, I love FighterZ and respect Guilty Gear. Melee's just unique because its mechanics are different from a lot of other fighting games. It's a 20 yr old game that lived out even THIRD STRIKE.

TTT had an amazing intro video- the graphics, the ambience (sleek, futuristic and stylish), and the music got me completely hooked into the Tekken universe.
My older brother and I own and have beaten all the Tekken games, Tag was our personal favorite. We would get so excited when the song came on. So when I saw Tekken Tag 2 was coming out I cried and thuaght of my brother.
