Is the tracking dynamic? When the victim moves does it reflect on the map or i have to resend more links each time ?

When I created the link and send to many people , how can I still use IPlogger to view the IP address of the people after about two days . I find it difficult doing that.

The IP address of each device that clicks that link should be listed in the logs section on IPlogger dashboard.

Well they have to close the session first, in other words close the browser.
You have to pay for a subscription to collect smart data and the other features.

So there are multiple tools out there that can be used for device monitoring and tracking for both iphone and android. Do some research on your end and see which one is the best fit

What does it mean when I sent the link to the target and it show me a location but the target didn't click on the link 100% how is it showing location if the target didn't click on it ?

the location your finds is your ISP location not your current location..the lagnitude and longnitude is isp location
IP coordinates yes but the GPS coordinates are even more accurate and in good cases ( strong wifi signal on the target's device ) it'll give you exact location ( source : I've tried both myself, an IP logger i wrote and the web API in JavaScript to retrieve user's location )

If the GPS location is disabled on the victim's phone, then you wouldn't be able to see the exact location. That's why social engineering is so important because it makes sure the victim clicks on allow GPS access.
