ハイライトを入れるということは分かるのですが、カットされすぎてどこにどの色を入れたらいいのかさっぱり分からず ( 'ω')????? という状態になっているということです

塗ってはないとは思います……多分ですが……全結合したものをスクリーンやら加算発光みたいなものやらなんやらをかけて、最後に光をつけたいところだけを消したり、加算発光させたり、おーばーれいかけたりするんだとおもいます……
それにしても…最初と最後めっちゃ変わりますね…（長文でしかもクソリプ失礼しました）

私がやるとすっごい重い感じになる。
絵描きさんの描く軽い髪の描き方
めっちゃ知りたい。
公式さんではないんですが軽くするには顔にかかっているところの髪に肌の色を薄く乗せたり、そこの線画を少し薄くしたりすると軽くなります！
あと、髪にかかる目をすかしたり、後れ毛をつけてみたりするといいかもです...！

黒だったら明度上げて濃い灰色にしたりとか
パステルカラーっぽいの使ってみると軽くなるかも

When I had issues with shading what majority people do. I do an opposite way. I make the original colors and a new layer to dark colors as shading and then erase the where light touches but softly erase with airbrush as eraser with low pressure sensitivity to like 10%

Wow I used to color everything in one layer until I watched the how to shade hair video. Looks like these tutorials really improved my art.
髪の毛の塗り方って結構好みとか絵柄で分かれると思うんだけど、加算・発光とか使うとパキッとし過ぎちゃって上手くいかないんですよね...。髪の毛の塗り方とかも出してくれるんですねありがとう！！！
服とか肌はなんとなく色置いてぼかしてってやってったらいい感じになるんですけど、髪の毛はぼかしを使うとメリハリがなくなるので...
ていうかまず線画描けるようにならないとダメですね( ;ᯅ; )
加算・発光
を使う場合はフィルターの明度や鮮度などの項目を調整してみるのはいかがでしょうか？
不透明度調節よりより細かく調整できるのでオススメですよ

「加算・発光」を使うとき「レイヤー不透明度」は調整していますか？調整しないとかなりきついハイライトになってしまいます。
「レイヤー不透明度」は2:25で解説しているので、見ていただけたら幸いです(´▽｀*)あと、個人的にブラシは「ペン（フェード）」がおすすめです！柔らかい印象になりますよ♪

白い点を打つだけでも、十分かと思います(´▽｀*)髪とかには「加算・発光」を使ったほうが良いですね！
動画ではペン（ハード）でハイライトを描いていましたが、柔らかい印象にするのなら、柔らかいブラシでハイライトを描いてもよいかもしれませんね！

You have a huge difference between the end of the tutorial and the final result ._.
It's because of the extra layers for extreme effects of shading and lighting. This was just a simple tutorial for beginners.
