(AFTER) New & Waste Of Money Traffic Lights (Kearny Villa Rd & I-15 North)

I really don't understand why Caltrans is wasting all of this money replacing older traffic signals that were already up to date with new traffic signals that look exactly the same. I don't get it. The previous traffic lights that were here weren't an issue at all, were perfectly visible, mast arms were already long enough, and operated just fine. I didn't even think the older signals would be replaced because of those reasons and they already had yellow backplates.
This money could of been better spent on installing traffic signals just a block behind me down the street where the other freeway on ramp is because there are no traffic signals there at all.
