For the s10 is the one that the vacuum itself have to turn to charge this is my own Theory so the E10 and other xiaomi vacuum cleaner like using a small dock and the self empty bin have to align it self so it can charge but the S10 series can be not align perfectly while start cleaning
My Xiaomi S10 is not working. I can't get anything done with maps. Everytime I want to do something with maps or restricted walls nothing happens except that the app says "Poor Connection try again later". After two days I went to exchange it for another Xiaomi S10 but it does exactly the same thing. All that works correctly is "Docking" and "Start Cleaning". When pushing "Start Cleaning" it tries to clean the whole house until the battery runs out halfway through and then docks to recharge. After it's fully charged and you take it off pause it just starts cleaning from the beginning again and never gets to the rest of the house. This Xiaomi S10 vacuum cleaner is useless. It seems as if the app is not compatible with the vacuum cleaner. I see everywhere on the internet that clients are not getting their Xiaomi vacuum cleaners connected to their Wi-Fi. The booklet you get with it has no information on how to work the app. There is also nowhere in South Africa to call or email for support or guidance. Would not recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone.
No. I think its all about your connection. The way your connection u establish between your device and your router. Please check properly. I dont have any issue with connection and its work well with my iphone and my home router
