Best option is to do away with the Paramount Chief's Office altogether. Employ a Secretary General as a represent, manager and overseer of Acoli issues. Let all Rwodi go back to their respective chiefdoms and work! That is their mandate.
Most of these Acoli Rwodi don't have integrity, even some of the ones who want Acana out of office. Some of them are / will be far worse than Acana!!

I think the lady seems to be on the side of the people who wish to see Achana out, while this gentleman seems to be pro Achana. However, he seems to be more grounded on this issue than the lady. He was trying to bring some excellent comparisons using his experience while working in Buganda Kingdom. The lady did not give him the audience, I think because of her anti Achana views.
