I will show you how to wire up zone valve on a central heating system and replace you old programmer and room thermostat with "Hive Active Heating" Smart heating Controls.

Hi Mark. Can I ask. Does a boiler fit it in an apartment building on the fourth floor half to have a condensate pipe as well as the flue. A plumber has just told me he hast to run a condensate pipe down the outside of the building four stories high.
I see other buildings that only have the flue.
