Lobo he is so off the wall and awesome. The first custom figure I ever made was a Lobo made from a goku action figure. It was a rough shape figure so I repainted it to look like Lobo and made accessories for him.
The Platinum version does indeed have a different head from the drone, and also has a more 2008-inspired black-and-silver paint scheme for the body. It actually looks like something that Tim Burton would have come up with for a Brainiac design for Superman Lives, in my opinion.

To add, this figure uses the same joints as the warhammer 40k tyranid genestealer. It also has the same hip swivels but on brainiac they seem to be very stuck. Once heated, you can use it like butter

That's an interesting fact, I wonder if thats the first time that McFarlane has used a mold from another one of his lines for a different lined figure? usually you can spot the molds that he uses but wasn't thinking he was going to take this one from a Warhammer release. thanks for letting me know and for coming by to check out the video today!
@@TheReviewSpot if you get creative you can even swap parts with the new wave of genestealers. They also did it the other way around. They used The Grim Knight legs and retooled / resized them for the DARKTIDE 40k traitor guards.

Could you see these being cool figures to Army build with? I think having a handful of these fighting the heroes would look pretty cool!
