Need more watch faces. I don’t know why Xiaomi always has to be limited in some things. Why didn't they just allow independent developers to access the program needed to make watch faces. Let them be charged at some symbolic price as Huawei does. Give people as much choice as possible. That’s the only thing I’m missing on this watch. Everything else works great
It's Xioami man, they just make things and never look after 😅😅 they are getting better tho, but yea still not at Huawei or Samsung level yet. Oppo, Xioami, OnePlus, Vivo and others are always missing something or it's just not there with these parent companies they are all the same company anyway. BBK Electronic owns all these Chinese phone brands that we know and we don't know. Accept Huawei and Honor. That's why they are almost the same.
If you use a Xiaomi phone everything is working fine, including face downloading. I think it is a firmware bug of the watch. I had the same issues like you with Xperia 5 III, but with Xiaomi Mi11 it had no problem.
You can! The music control allows you to control music from any app your iPhone is playing from. So far it works on TH-cam Music, TH-cam, Spotify, and Apple Music. These are the ones I’ve tested!
Another sad point is that if you receive a whatsapp message or a normal message , if there's an emoji it will be black / white colored. If you receive a message you can see it , the watch does not "save" the message
I just bought one today to use at work my job is physically demanding I hope this watch will survive, it's going for really cheap these days as they are getting out of dates and updates. I got an S1 classic one, It's a very basic smart watch functionality with great build quality. The watch faces availability and options are not that great tho but the build quality is really amazing.

Tracking detection on walk I don’t know how it works, can someone explain to me? Sometimes it’s pop up the notification but sometimes it doesn’t appear… so most of the time I need to activate it manually..
The S1 Active is more like a Huawei GT 2 or a Honor Magic Watch but I GTR 3 is way better and smoother with a rotating crown so recommend buying the GTR 3 as it has more features and you can even reply to text messages with it However, the fitness tracking of the GTR 3 is poor but the S1 Active, the Huawei GT 2 or the Honor Magic Watch have accurate trackings If I had to make a choice I would just buy a Samsung Galaxy watch instead because it's an Android watch and charging won't be a problem as I can charge it overnight or while I'm eating

How to connect the watch to Wifi?it has in option in settings on the watch and when turned on it picks up all nearby SSIDs.when that is selected it says "Enter password in app" but there is no place in the Mi Fitness app to give wifi password
check 2 things for me because you have an iphone. Do you update the weather every 30 minutes, my general is not updated until I enter the application. 2 while training, running does not mark my position (it does not draw on the map) I think the iPhone application needs a lot of updates, so far it is hopeless
Not ALL Watchfaces could be downloaded. MANY end up with error when loading at the 70% rate and sometimes it says ERROR BUT the watchface has changed on the watch. BUGGY SOFTWARE and had it for 1 month also

After using Xiaomi s1 smart watch watch for month I can't recommend it for it's price. Two annoying things: 1) it randomly turns on screen once or twice in an hour even when raise to wake is disabled; 2) sometimes notifications are without sound with vibration only on daily bases. Bought it for 230 euros. I think I'd better go with Xiaomi smart band 7 Pro.
my watch wakes up whenever it wants, without notifications, without me raising my hand (although i've even disabled the hand gesture unlock..) does anyone know how to fix this.. it's super annoying, it wakes up while i sleep too, i'm afraid i'm gonna click something in my sleep when it unlocks cuz i rest my face on my hand in my sleep and it touches the watch as well lol
I find that the watch strap band loop. Doesn't stay fixed it keeps moving. And I have a fault with adding watch faces from the phone to the watch. Other than that it's a decent watch. Really light weight and quality screen
Swap the straps out for 3rd party ones there's quite a few available online that are good. Watchface wise yep same case here it's a pain to transfer at that slow speeds.
I've been trying to unlock the screen of my Mi 9T with this smartwatch,is suposed that all smartwatches have this option (smartlock, or off-wrist lock). I can't find this option in the "Mi fitness" aplication (official Xiaomi App available for the S1 active). If I try to set the smartlock directly from the phone settings, It doesnt detect my S1 active by bluetooth. Can anybody please help me? I will be really gratefull, this function is mandatory for me :(

I've just bought the S1 and syncing with Xiaomi 11 Ultra. Everything syncs fine, but there is NO option on the watch settings to change language to English. Phone and App are English, watch will not change, whatever I do. Any ideas?

Why Mi fitness (Xiaomi Wear Lite) in iOS notifications are limited unlike android variant? There are only Chinese apps, message, mail, and "other" in iOS so I couldn't select apps individually. I have to toggle "other" to on to receive all other app like Facebook, Messenger, etc. Do you know how to select the app individually?

Worked for one workout after restarting the watch but went back to not working after that. Just wondering if anyone faces the same issue.
Same issue here. It syncs, but the workout shown on Strava is totally wrong. Frustrating. One other thing, it is not gps tracking on all the sports, just outdoor running on my watch. Has anyone any solution for kayaking? Should I just use outdoor running and change sport on strava every time after uploading?

I think android seem work much faster and better. I’m having no issue with it. Very fast sync. But iPhone is slow.

You need to set the Region on the My Fitness app settings. I have it in Romanian, so it works.
