Thanks for the question... it really does help stability and reduce the overall windage of the board. Given that it is thinner, the paddlers centre of gravity is lower and nearer the surface of the water. The result is your end up with a much more connected feel as opposed to a 'corky' type sensation that you get from 6" inch thick boards. Hope this helps.
Hi Esra, without doubt the Red Paddle Co Tandem would be the obvious choice. However, if you are considering a 'one paddler' board that can accomdate the two of you then the Red Paddle Co 12 ft 6 Voyager is worth considering as it comfortable accomodates 150kg plus. Hope this helps.
Thanks for watching Phil and the question. Yes, albeit it depends of the size of the adult. All up the 10'6 Ride can happily accomodate 105kg. The 10'8 Ride though can handle 115kg + and is certainly the more stable of the two. We compare these two models in our video here - th-cam.com/video/fbgb3yKbWLM/w-d-xo.html Hope this helps answer your question. If not, feel free to reach us at thesupco.com
Thanks for watching Jonny. Nice of you to assume there is a script in the first place :) We've actually dropped the music from most of our reviews now as it is a bit like being stuck in a lift after a while.
@@TheSUPCompany i think you made a very good review, i have watched it a few times just to learn different aspects of the 2021 board. I am a proud Red paddle co isup myself 😄
Was 4.7" thick much different from 6" as standard even among Red paddle itself? For a lighter rider only?

Can the 10’6 board take an adult and child.?
Or are you better looking at 10’8 for that purpose.?

Для того что бы катать второго человека надо доску не меньше 11,3, а лучше 12,6.
Так лучше и гребцу и пассажиру
Get rid of the background music. What does it add ? It’s bloody annoying
Thanks for watching Guy and the feedback. Take a look at our most recent videos as this is well over a year old.
Maybe work on the flow of your script and the audio mix, this is very difficult to watch. Thanks anyway
