According to Afrique magazine, the United States is preparing to build a military base in the city of Odienné, located in the northeast of Côte d'Ivoire. This installation, which will be located near the Malian and Guinean borders, raises many questions about its real objectives
The choice of Odienné is not fortuitous. This locality offers an ideal geographical position to monitor both part of the Gulf of Guinea, a strategic and coveted area extending from Nouakchott to Lomé, and the Sahel countries, with direct views of Bamako and Ouagadougou.
