We are continuing to journey with John Wesley through some of his standard sermons. This time we’re looking at his sermon “The Almost Christian.” What does it mean to love God with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength and our neighbor as ourselves? And how does that go along with what in our Methodist tradition are known as works of piety and works of mercy?
