    Chris I stumbled upon this video that for me is legendary!!! This tells me your story why and how you got into traditional shaving, question you asked in one of your videos you recently uploaded. Proraso green was my second shave soap and the one that eliminated the razor burn I got from Arko which was my first I bought in a bargain with a boar brush from Amazon. By the way proraso after shave lotion scent is the definition of barbershop smell, so much I love this stuff I've got the 400ml bottle.

    Stumbling on your videos is the reason I started intermediate fasting. I’m down to 192 which is the lowest I have been in years. It has been fairly easy to this point.

    My first results were amazing and addictive. I just kept diving in further and further. Now I mainly use manchurian or other 2 band brushes with Kamisori style straights and shavettes. I really like using my feather artist club ss kami with the professional blades. I really cant see how every person that gives this a try wont love it. My skin is in better condition then it was at any other time in my life!

    • @IAMCDB
      @IAMCDB  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree with you. I think most people who try it will eventually have a great time with it and enjoy better shaves. I did run into a fella the other day that said he tried it for about 4-5 years and it never worked well for him. This is a rare thing but anything is possible I suppose.

    @IAMCDB do you or did you ever have irritation caused by the cold, or by dry weather?
    I ask, because whenever it is particularly cool and dry here in northern Thailand, I suffer somewhat with my neck.

    • @IAMCDB

      I typically don't but many people do. A lot of people like to use good quality balms to help with this.

    • @IAMCDB
      @IAMCDB  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, you know my philosophy on this. It's not so much about how the lather look on video as much as it is how it performs. If it looks crappy and you still get a great shave then it's a win in my view. Geo is a legend, I think folks are always safe with him. Just my opinion.

    • @AverageReviewsYT
      @AverageReviewsYT 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@IAMCDB ibagree with your statement. And slickness under the blade is all that matters irs better to be a little to watery than a little to dry. I like mine drier but i know first hand a yogurt looking lather gives a grear shave
