There is in fact, a 4x spicy.
Incidentally, hiccups are caused by spasms in your diaphragm. Probably don't want to surgically remove that. You'll want to hold on to that for later. Conversely, if you were a cow, we'd all want to remove it, cuz it would be a hanger steak, and hanger steak is delicious.

One thing I've noticed over these challenges is Colin's face is a perfect heat barometer. The redness always starts at his nose and noticably gravitates upward and across his forehead depending the level of pain he's enduring. Today is about a 6 on a scale of 10
@@Alsebra This is why Colin's face is more informative there's a gradual measurable effect it's not instantaneous like Paddy or Seamus
He's the human version of a 1930s cartoon thermometer character.
My dad is like Colin except it’s one half of his face that gradually turns red lol. Happens when he gets drunk too lol.

Impressive! I watched someone eat Max End Spicy Ramen on TH-cam, their comment was "it's spicy, but I like it", so I decided to try them. I ate them with the whole flavor pack the first time, burned the hair off my tongue. The next with 1/2 the package, STILL burned bad.., I still have 2 pkges left, I will eventually get to them, but I'm in no hurry. 🥵

I kept wishing I'd see Ciara in this video because I could just imagine it: "Oh this is lovely! I can get a hint of the spiciness on the back of my throat but the flavor is all there!" all said with the calmest expression ever.

dear irish ppl (and all ppl),
these are the best to eat when you are rly stressed out. korean ppl love to eat really spicy food during stressful times. the idea is sweat out your stress and worries. i always crave these noodles when im stressed (quick and easy + relieving during a stressful time). cheers i enjoyed this video

Wait! someone forgot to drain the water! should drain the water and have the noodles dry like intended for the real spicy flavour.
Yeah, you could tell that they didn't make it properly. If anything, they diluted the spice by keeping the water.
You're supposed to reserve some of the water for the sauce, but there definitely shouldn't be much liquid left.

I had a friend in high school who was a talented chef. He would make this 'chicken spaghetti', with all the hottest stuff in the kitchen. It was quite delicious.

Try draining most of the water before adding the spice packet next time. (Works great for normal ramen). You'll get brimstone-red noodles with pain sauce.
This brand of noodles is supposed to be drained. They’re then cooked with an actual liquid sauce pack and some dry spices. Easily the best instant noodles you can get.

Yes. Redo this video and do it right. These are dry noodles. This isn't a soup. The noodles should look like red death and smell dangerous.
Yes they're stir fry noodles. If you prepare it properly, it's agony because all the juices are absorbed in the noodles. The worst is the burning lips and trouble breathing. I prefer the curry samyang ramen.

I love these noodles because even though they are spicy they have a great flavor to them. I eat them with sliced avocado and pickled ginger. So yummy!

My Roommate is Hmong and she bought two ten packs of the 2xSpicy just because she Liked the level of spice. I unknowingly cooked up a pack and was like "I'll try these" Never again. She had gone through both ten packs in two weeks. Craziness.

They don't make a 5x version. But, the DO make a 4x version. Sadly, I've never been able to find it here in the US.
Paddy's right about eating this during a cold. In Buffalo, NY ordering hot Buffalo wings when we're sick with a super stuffy nose is normal. As long as you don't have a bad sore throat, the spice really helps.

I love watching these videos. The funny thing is one can tell what a budget they are on by the fact of a lot of Walmart and Target shirts worn by the tasters. The food they put in front of these folks is generally nothing people eat on a regular basis. As a Texan some of the snacks they think we eat are rediculous.

It's actually supposed to be a soup-less ramen dish. After cooking the ramen, you drain all the liquid out and then mix the sauce packet in afterwards.

These particular noodles are supposed to be eaten without broth. It's called 불닭볶음면 which is stir fried chicken noodles. There are others in this range that should have a broth.
Of course if you like it you can make it any way you want but they aren't designed to be eaten like this(and it will rot your insides even more).
@@dairinkieran887 i eat spicier stuff than this every day of my life. i leave about 2 spoon fulls of broth in, to better mix with the sauce packet, and the ghost pepper powder i add to give it extra kick. my insides are adamantium.
@@mighty_mattso122 I agree with you I don't think they are especially spicy. How you eat it is definitely down to personal taste and preference, but it is designed to be eaten as a dry/stir fried noodle and should taste better (and spicier) that way. If they wanted to do it right that's how it should be prepared, but on an individual level eat it whatever way you like.

Smart of Clare to have worn red lipstick. Very quickly after eating the noodles, everyone's lips (except Callyann's) turned red. Callyann acted like she was dying, but her complexion, including her lips, didn't change. Paddy went BEET red in the face and neck as well. Also, talking makes it worse, and it caught up to Clare. Love watching your videos. I libe in Indiana over in America and I LOVE spicy foods. I put a tablespoon of DaBomb hot sauce in every bowl of ramen I make. I think you need to try the hot sauces from Hot Ones next.
