I can't tell you how proud I am to have this video be featured among many talented fans for the March Caprice event! Thanks for giving me this opportunity to share to the fandom and letting me be a part of something much bigger!
This song perfectly encapsulates the Kingdom Hearts franchise as a whole. (I still personally like to think of it as Sora’s theme - yes I know he has one - but to me this one just fits him more as the series progressed). But beyond that it really showed what this game has truly became and how it shows that this game is forging bonds and friendships that transcend over the physical body. And to see all these characters who went through their own personal hells and challenges finally get their happy endings that they all fought so hard to accomplish. It’s a magic that’s almost indescribable and there’s nothing I want than for these characters to be happy!
Also the editing at: 7:07-7:50 was beyond perfect!!!

This is Sora's definitive theme. This is what it should've been. His theme since KH2 is just...ehh, very least impactful for a character theme. Link to All is iconic. This edit is very good!

This theme is what personifies Sora as a perfect hero- selfless, kind, and always seeking to do what is right, even at his own expense. Sora is what we lack so much of in modern heroes- not someone to fully relate to, even if we can- but someone who we can aspire to and strive towards being like with his childlike heart and his eyes always searching for the good in people, and striking against evil… someone who has gone through so much in such a short time, yet feels the suffering of those around him and does everything he possibly can to help them.
In the end he does- he links everyone together and establishes an unbreakable unity.
Sora is what a hero should be.
Thanks so much for this video. Kingdom Hearts may get mocked, but it’s emotional impact is something so intrinsic- so beautifully crafted and made manifest by the likes of Yoko Shimomura that you can’t help but feel a twinge in your heart yearning for the past, yet, seeking the future.
Those words “It is time to move on, boy…” and “Go forth now, and seek it!” ring true.

Thank you! The software I use is DaVinci Resolve. I highly recommend it as it's honestly, in my opinion, the best editing program I've used. The base version (the one I use) is completely free, with the only disadvantage being a lack of certain effects, but none that I've needed so far.
