In agriculture bsc in agriculture is preferred, in pharmaceutical and cosmetic pharmacy students are prefered, in Forensic department bsc/msc Forensic student are prefered, in medical lab DML/BMLT students are prefered.... Only medical biochemistry/medical microbiology students have a good chance in medical labs

All these courses have good career..... Biotechnology is little bit different and difficult because ur a botany student everything is new for u .... In biotechnology u have study about dna RNA mechanism all everything.... Biochemistry is also good if u choose biochemistry u are eligible for almost all fields.... But this is also difficult u have to study about lipids carbohydrates proteins their metabolism and cycles .... If ur interested u can manage otherwise it is just a stressing one ..... Microbiology ... If u are interested in micro organisms it's better in these u are going to study abt .... How mo's survive where these are present how we use them how it causes like this kind of diseases.... It's a bit easy than compared to biotechnology and biochemistry....bcoz less cycles and more mater all u have to do in this course is just understanding and memorizing.....

Yeah you're right, life science courses have little to no value in India. That's why one should go for mainstream courses.
