Another lovely ep in a nice looking area big fellow, We had a Hail storm 6 weeks ago here at Cooroy QLD where I live it lasted 15 to 20 minutes and was the size of 50 cents it was like it snowed,

Depends on Weir levels further up stream, where you are is affected by Lake Mulwala, the level will rise and fall a little depending on how much water runs into it. Stayed in that spot, just another great free camp on the River Murray. Chuck some big surface lures around those snags.

Hi Dale I've camped along that stretch of the mighty Murray for over 40 yrs mate no need to worry about the river rising too much usually only drops and rises a few inches Those trees usually safe mate unless it's really hot and very still but always work on the safety side Get your rods in the water Dale plenty cod there use cheese or chicken that hasn't been frozen Yellow belly there too mate I use worm and shrimp cocktail good luckmate
