So glad to see Neo back but yes her visual design does look off. There has been something going on this season and last with certain facial designs. I noticed it with Ruby and now more so with Neo. The proportions and placement of the eyes, nose and mouth look...wrong. Ruby's and Neo's faces seem very flat and odd. It's like they stretched Neo's face some.
