Ben you are a great addition to the New England disc golf community. One of these days if you keep pushing you will make it from intern to senior intern. 😁😁
@@ciretaorg lmao bro wtf are you saying? Just because you have been playing since 2017 you should be way better than you are? yeah did you forget that it takes work to get better? What do you go out and play a few times a week but never practice LMAOOOOO no shit
Man, i was really hoping for you to come to Sweden this year. One of few celebrities i’d love to meet. This is so feel-good. Keep doing what you do Simon. You are a positive balance to the world!
So sad that you couldn’t play OTB this year. Your game is perfect for that course and would have loved to see you play the changes, but I understand you had more important things going on (congratulations btw). Course looks amazing and definitely going on the list for my itinerary for my trip up to mass next spring. Thank you for all you do for your fans and the game as a whole.
Hey Simon! Love your channel. I bought a Time Lapse for my brother and he loves it. Wish you the best and good luck on future events! Thanks for the content.
Simon pretty sure you won’t see this but I’m making my own course in NW Arkansas. Just starting with a front 9. Thank you for inspiring me to build something for my church and the community around.
a nice, bright sky blue basket is the only color that remains visible year round. white, pink, red, yellowish baskets all blend in at some point in the seasons.
When your in in Michigan again sometime come check out Meyer Broadway disc golf golf park in three rivers MI. It features a north and south 18 holes....longs and shorts with a 18 hole putting course. Its very nice these days and continues to get better and better I think you'd enjoy the wooded/open layout it features!!!
As someone who is newer to disc golf this looks like an amazing course already from my little knowledge. Beginner friendly enough that I could get close to par or par but not super easy that it feels like the course is just there to boost your confidence.
I play at that town forest park often it gets super super overgrown in the summer some care for it would be amazing.. nice for quick solo rounds trying out new discs
That’s the greatest Entropy dye I’ve ever seen😮! Amazing work from the artist! I might have to reach out to her and see if she’d do an Entropy like that for me, I actually have a white one on my shelf waiting to be dyed and put in my bag!
I played years ago before hanging it up. I got really into the game again three days ago. I have been watching videos on the subject, practicing my form, trying different disks. I have four disks to choose from. My best game so far is a +9 on a par 3, 9 hole course. I tied that +9 3-4 times. My record for paring a course is 2 and I am getting fairly consistent at getting 2 pars out of the 9 holes.
John Houck shoutout! Yes! Met him at UW-Stout, came in as our Club’s Special Guest. Learned a lot from him beyond course design: The man is a legend of Double Disc Court. Still have that disc too! Shoutout Jason Hendrickson and Mr. Brick for bringing him in!
My go to disc for multiple different lines is my swamp find factory 2nd Plasma Tesla.. But this one is dead flat. unlike other plastics... and I'm fairly sure that changes the entire profile as it appears to pull the lip up (or is it that the pop-tops push the lip down). It is a GREAT disc for rollers.. I threw multi practice shots on a slight uphill 304ft hole (Berhampore, Wellington NZ) and got 5 out of 6 within circle 2 (closest only 15 ft away)... and I'm a par player.. (ok I managed to fluke a no bogie 7 under 20 hole later that day and parked hole one (with said Tesla) forearm after blurting out how I don't have a forearm (as it pulls a back muscle.. and at 55 I don't have muscle to spare)... Shame it was a practice before the round and I Yeeted the next (live) with same Tesla to a lucky 30ft birdie. My Tesla is great for a nice flex S upshot, Rollers, Straight throws with a hard "oh heck I forgot I have to fade" last minute handbrake turn.., knife throwing branch avoidance skills, (Darting on sharp angles while standing in the middle of a tree) a new Back spin vertical bush exit at ground level to get it out but have it spin to a stop rather than roll on to the next hedge, half circle rollers our of a hedge, hound that tree, back into the basket grotto... vertical lobs over hedges for a roll on straight beyond long distance (holding 1pm angle) rollers (see the 280ish ft one mentioned above...) Frisbee throw facing forward about 2pm foot stance looking at the target, yeet out to the right on a 40deg arc to bullseye the target (because I keep forgetting how far it skips on to the left.. and playing frisbee you throw to get it to your friend... they catch it... so no skip... (I'll get it eventually.. meanwhile bullseyeing bags and mates ankles is so much fun.. so yeah... MVP Tesla... My most versatile disc.
Concerning the Protons into that last hole. I think there was a gremlin down there knocking them away from the basket. Anxious to see other using this new disc.
In my town, there is a small park. I think it would be perfect for a putting course (might be called a par 2 course). Do you have any tips to help me talk to and convince the city to approve the idea? I was even thinking of going to local businesses to see if they might sponsor holes in exchange for advertisement.
I had to pre-order one because I’ve been staying at my parents this week and they have a humming bird feeder outside their living room window that has been high traffic all week!
That's awesome way to start a video. Casual 130ft shot lol. Course is looking awesome. Keep living the life and being amazing to the sport we all love.
Hey Simon! Love the videos and love the content! If you do disc reviews for the teslas or things like that, could you bring someone of a more moderate arm speed? I’d love to see what the disc can do when thrown by us mere mortals!
Love the looks of that hummingbird Tesla. Ecological reasons am trying really hard not to buy new discs, with exception of discs made from recycled plastic but this looks so good. I think I am going to have to make an exception. Ironically I recently bought a macro tesla marker disc as fun birthday gift to myself. I think I am soon to be a two Tesla guy.
Next creator series disc should be called the "Switch"! Fits in with the MVP names and also is symbolic of the big change in your disc golf career :) Just something to chew on
Simon: "We put electrical outlets in some of the trees, so naturally like at home, I stuck my fork into one. I was shocked, and not like that shock therapy the doctors give me weekly."
There was a comment on a video, every throws of your Nashville win. Comment said to watch your putting at .25 speed but I did .50 on half of them. Then I made a decision change on different putters for the 4th time this years ( I've been playing for 8 years). I went to league and bought a pink and Grey rim pixel at the disc shop at the course, putted for 2 hours before league felt good then league started almost every putt was in but the misses were dead straight low or high of the basket and won league and got another pixel after. Thank you for that simon line.
Just perfect. Here I am looking for just 1 proton Tesla but they are sold out everywhere! And what do you know.. my guy presents a bag-full? Nice eagle btw
Thanks for having me on again Simon :) This course was a hidden gem and Mile Marker 63 will be INCREDIBLE! Central MA is in good hands.
Ben you are a great addition to the New England disc golf community. One of these days if you keep pushing you will make it from intern to senior intern. 😁😁
You beat simon so bad he starting making excuses, nah just kidding though, absolute CASH!!!!! $$$$
you killed it!
Absolutely!
I knew he was that good! Ben’s a beast. Could mess around on tour if he wasn’t running his own tour.
Eagle throw-in on one was absolutely bonkers!
Yo! Dude is so good.
Like its nothing 😮😅
Thanks for the shoutout Simon🎉 I hope to see it flying on tour, enjoy ❤
Heck yeah, Well deserved! 🤘
Very nice work!
Own a bunch of SheDyzer. Love from Vancouver
Shedyzerdisc representing Canada 🇨🇦 on the international stage. Love her work.
Woot woot! Thanks for the support Lanny!
Ben casually shoots the course record according to UDisc 😂
and only playing for a few years, too. wow. he would destroy me on a course, and I have been playing since 2017.
😳 did not know that. To be fair I putted out of my absolute mind haha everyone has good days!

that Entropy dye is incredible. I've never seen a dye job that good.
SmarterEveryDay did a tour of the MVP factory. They have a proprietary color dye system they didn’t want to show on camera.
“Simon pulls out a new disc”
*My bankaccount starts crying in the background
4:23 Dammit Simon! I just placed an MVP order... now I need to do another one!
hole 1 just shows that vlog-simon is theoretically the best player in the world.
Fr mf looked like he didn’t even try “eh, 130ft or so.”😂
She Dyzer Discs makes the blog!!! Lets gooo!!!!
Making bad shots look great since 2021 ❤ we appreciate you!
Simon is throwing the disc like he is truly loving the game. You love to see it
Congratulations on the new course, it looks so beautiful. I'm looking forward to seeing Ben on tour. God bless you and your family
