    I snagged a 24 GT PE. Saying it's "not fun" is subjective. Ive had many fast cars, ive tracked cars, modded cars, etc. This thing puts a huge smile on my face when i floor it and get that instant torque and speed. Driving this thing is a blast

      @@aj6761 it is subjective. I find it to be almost no fun at all. The most fun I have with it is sliding it around in the snow

      To be fair, the difference in power and torque between the GT and non-GT models is pretty steep. I've got a Rally Edition and it's surprisingly fun, I find myself finding excuses to take it out and drive like a moron all the time lol.

      @ but see, my car does 0-60 in 4.1s…I don’t need more power, so to me the GT was just a model with a stiffer suspension setup and less range. The Rally does seems like a good time in the snow and dirt though.

    Nice video, fellow Mach-E owner here as well 🎉. I found it had the best combination of all the features I wanted, and is a great daily driver. I grabbed a '24 GT for $48k after Federal, Ford, and Dealer incentives. Absolutely love the car, such a blast to drive. Unfortunately the mediocre ride quality you're experiencing I also had when I had a '21 Premium...the Magnaride makes a huge difference, which I think is the primary reason to get a GT. And anyone who knocks you for buying an EV is an idiot. Everyone should drive whatever works best for them and makes them happy. Cheers!

      Thanks Adam! I’m glad you’re liking your car as well. What color do you have? I’m definitely interested in trying a GT but I went with the premium AWD EX because I wanted the best range and to still have AWD. Thanks for watching 😎

    have had my 2021 awd premium extended range for over a year now and have no issues, i did have to change the tires and that was about it. I did get the extended warranty with that total came up to 35K thousand dollars. it was a buyback so it has a new HVJB and new battery packs and I am currently look 40 thousand miles and bought at 21 thousand miles

      Awesome! I’ve never purchased a buyback car before so definitely keep us all posted if any issues arise. What mileage did you replace the tires?

      @auto_joe thanks I knew what I was getting into when I bought it the carfax the dealership printed off was a couple pages. It's not show quality with cracking on the front passenger seat, and scuffs here and there but drives mint no scratches on the screens and I did some at home paint touch ups

    I have a 2024 Mach E Premium and love it. It's a great looking car, comfortable, fun to drive. The software can be laggy, software updates are few and far between, think in 7 months only received 2 so far and they were nothing major. Blue cruise is NOT worth the money, only works on highways and only on SOME highways, not all. Would I recommend buying on, absolutely! Will I buy another on, no. And let's not talk about how Ford is supposed to send us the Telsa adapter so we can use Tesla super chargers, well 7 months later and still no adapter!! Super annoying. Otherwise its a GREAT car

    • @auto_joe
      @auto_joe  13 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Did you put in for the charger adapter? Last time I checked I wasn’t able to order one yet because they were filling back orders. I’ve heard it only gets you between 50-70KWH, not sure id use that unless an emergency or a hotel only has Tesla chargers. What color Mach-E did you get? Thanks for watching!

      @@auto_joe I ordered the Tesla adapter from Ford at time of purchase (June 2024). I ended up purchasing one from Lectron and it works great, no issues. I bought it because we were going to take it on a road trip from Las Vegas to Reno, however the charging infastructure between the two is no conducive with a non-tesla even with the adapter because the adapter doesn't work with ALL Tesla super chargers, only newer ones, and along the route we would take most Tesla chargers are older and the adapter is not compatible. Ended up taking my husbands truck on this trip. There are two different adapters one for super chargers and one for level 2 or hotel chargers. I got both adapters just in case need them at some point. I have the Mach E premium in Red with the light gray interior.

      @@Annette_Hons oh okay I’m not familiar with the state of charging infrastructure out west so I appreciate the insight. I took a trip to South Carolina from New Hampshire in mine with almost no issues. If I stuck to electrify America all the way down I would’ve had no problems whatsoever. ChargePoint and EVGo both had broken chargers on my way down.

    I'd be curious to hear your experiences with winter driving so far, and if you chose to put winter tires on. I have a 2025 on order that should arrive in a few months, and I've been thinking about whether I'm going to be snow tire shopping this coming fall.

      @@BobInVT update! The video will be up tomorrow at 9am EST. I hope I addressed most of your questions but comment otherwise. In your specific case, if you find yourself needing to drive regardless of the outside weather, say you have a job that doesn’t allow you to work from home, you may want snow tires. I have only dealt with a few inches of snow so far and the car has been Quite stable. It looks like you live in Vermont so you may experience more snow than we get here in southern New Hampshire. I also can work from home whenever I want so I don’t have a case for needing snow tires.

      Thanks! I'll look forward to watching it. And by the way, I'm in the southeast corner of the state, so I suspect we see about the same weather.
