    When days are getting too emotional for me I put my gloves, open this video on tv in the livingroom, make space and follow as best as an complete amateur can to follow your moves. And then I feel wasted but satisfied, I worked out my frustrations, my pain and it feels like I've done something productive for myself. Much better then what I was thinking of doing before going to therapy to release pain. Thank you, really.

      Yep 59 here. Boxed as a youngster and did martial arts for years and had to step back when injuries took their toll. Absolutely love these workouts have heavy bag and double end bag and have been doing these on cardio days. Down 15 pounds and look forward to each video. Best Ive found

      54 here ..and made a playlist of all the bag/ pad and shadow boxing workouts.
      Doing this 1 to 3 times a week apart from other workouts. This is how a try to stay fit. I follow JT for quite some years and this is the channel were i always return to. So I really appreciate this channel and all of his content.

    This is the best heavy bag workout! My new Sunday morning burner💥. Your verbal reminders on good form are very helpful especially when you’re getting tired. Think I blacked out during the ladder round😆. Pure gold, thanks JT for all you do! These workouts are priceless!

    Loved this - im very sweaty. A 12 round guided freestyle would be cool. I reverted to freestyling the last few rounds just out of exhaustion anyway 😂
