what if that king had not presented itself in your stock pile to fill in that 7th row ? can you continue to play with just 6 rows until a king eventually presents itself?
You turn it over and use it again, but you can't see the cards. They look like in his hands. You do this until you can't use any of the cards. You have to stop because you just lost. I hope that helps
