Definite YES on the longer time frame IMO. I like that it gives you more time to explain, and I think you will notice the players will be a little tougher and more accurate in general. Good Game Blunder Man!!!
B-Man: Good idea to move to the longer time controls. The games will be a bit more difficult because your opponents will be less prone to obvious oversight, but it will make you an even better player.
First of all congratulations on getting past 2k, nobody can ever take that away and you really earned it 🥳And what you said about wanting to earn a title, you had really shown visible progress in your skill in like the past few months, so you clearly can get even better with just keeping on doing what you have been doing. Just keep at it man, you clearly have done the right steps.
Love this format. Really instructive and it really helps me follow along. It's great fun finding those strong moves with you and it's even better when I find the best move that you missed haha. Makes me feel smug, until I go online and lose 5 games in a row lmao
Many congratulations on getting to 2,000. Richly deserved. I really like the 15/10 format. I think it suits your playing (and coaching) style, too. Looking forward to continuing to follow your relentless progess... to 2100, and beyond!
Mooseman! Thanks for stopping by!! Hope you enjoy the videos, not all of them are as successful as this one, but I will be trying to post most games on the series, wins and losses
Support the longer games, I struggle with time in 10m rapid too, having the +10s means you can always catch up with quick moves. Great to see a chess creator from NI, hope the weathers better where you are 😂!

Great game. Yeah - longer games are a natural progression and if this one is anything to go by they'll be enjoyable. I may struggle to watch two games in one sesh though. Whoop whoop 2100 here we come! I predict .....Easter Monday :)
@@LeafBurrower In the word Luftwaffe the word "Luft" has got an emphasis so it's rather LUFTwaffe than luftWAFFE if you know what I mean but there is no emphasis on the vowel u itself. I can't think of an English equivalent right now sorry. In other cases like in "Buch" (book) there is an emphasis on the u so it would be pronounced somewhat similar to what Owen said.
Luftwaffe was the name of the entire German air force in WWII.
Thankyou! I knew it had something to do with Germany and airplanes
@@Blunder_Man I believe luft means air, but in the sense of floating. I remember my German teacher telling me something along those lines haha

Glad to see the fun continues. Big yes to the new time format

Ah thanks so much man!! I'm really glad you enjoyed the video!! I think more time will help me speak my mind moreso!

Fantastic to hear!!
Very nice game! I personally really enjoy this longer format.
Fantastic!!
Works for me. At 2100 you're gonna need that extra Luft.
Hahaha, yes sir!! A little luft goes a long way!

That's what it was!! Thanks!!
Literally "air weapon"--not so different from air force.
@@LeafBurrower ah, so it does just mean air, cool
15 minute games are fine with me, not too long. Longer then that people will not last the full game.
Yeah, I can't do longer, but I think time frame seems decent!
15+10 👍
Glad to have your approval!
There is no (deep vocal) emphasis on the u in "Luft" but your pronounciation was decent 😉
How can you not stress the vowel in a one syllable word? Luftwaffe is stressed equally on the first and second syllables.
Ah so luft is more of a "leuft" than "looft"
