As a 15 month player, I really appreciate all of your lesson and performance videos. Just this week I was listening to your podcast with Tomlin from 2 years ago and relating to your statement about what a difference playing with a good rhythm section makes. The difference between falling back on your “stock riffs” (which I’ve sometimes referred to as “crutch licks”) and having the instrument “play itself”. I enjoyed experiencing the latter at a jam on Monday night so your statement really hit home when I heard it later in the week. Thanks again!!!
@@willharmonicawilde I love the idea of repeatable patterns on the high end of harp. Smartest thing I've heard of. I move lots of air so I'm thinking the heavy reeds will be perfect for me. I eat up the brass reeds . The extra longevity should ease my budget. If they don't have to many out of the box bugs this will be the new lineup. Thank you for the link.
