This was in New York, America. As others have explained, Zhou Shen was invited to the Day of Chinese Language at the UN. He made a speech, and sang Big Fish and two other songs, just there in the room with all the desks... not great acoustics and he did it mostly a cappella. Given his great talent and ear, it sounded great. Such a huge honour for him. There are some fan cam videos of him going around New York City. Including his fan club putting billboard up of him and his new album at Times Square, and he took a selfie with it. Amazing opportunity. And he came through beautifully as always.

The venue is UN Headquarters in New York. The choir members, I believed, are Americans immigrants from different countries (could be working in the UN). The auditarium is not ideal for musical performances. Yet Zhou Shen did it well. He sang three songs there altogether.
