Unique - Different or One-of-a-kind.
H (Heavy) - Weighs more than it should and it could ram vehicles with ease.
DP (Damageproof) - Immune to physical damage.
BP (Bulletproof) - Immune to bullet damage.
FP (Fireproof) - Immune to fire damage.
WP (Waterproof) - The vehicle is not affected by water.
PP (Popproof) - Tires will not pop by any damage.
UH (Unique Handling) - The vehicle turns and steers sharply or not.

Almost all properties is exactly the same except that the vehicle is not unique. The vehicle is EC or exclusive color which is a property where a vehicle has a unique paint job.
I've obtained these bikes back then and i thought "Hmmm, they're cool and special, but they kinda turn like a brick". So, I modified both with a property called Unique Handling, a condition where the bike turns and steers much differently than their default form. The property has a multiplier, in which it determines how sensitive the bike turns. All bikes has a steering multiplier of 1.0, which is default. If the multiplier is more than 1.0, then the bike turns sharper. If the multiplier is less than 1.0, then the bike turns like a truck. In this case, the conversion method changes the bikes handling to 2.0, which means, It turns very sharply (As seen in the video).
NOTE: This only applies to bikes because cars, vans, trucks, boats, and helicopters are not affected by this. It is there of course if you convert it and check the save file, but it somehow does not affect the steering of those vehicles. So, It's pretty much useless to apply UH on other vehicles.
