Enjoy the holiday. Must admit that I often have some good new ideas when im not actually at the coalface. When you are running fast it’s hard to stop and think.
I'd love to see you track an order from initial order to final delivery to customer (in a totally branded box of course!)...just to see exactly what is involved along the way
Rule 1 for computers in business. Never let it auto update. Employ and IT firm to manage it and schedule the updates for your business or set it up yourself to only update in early mornings (if you keep the computers on 24/7). Not only will this help avoid issues like restarts happening during business hours but it will also prevent major issues like microsoft publishing an update that then allows hackers to get in to a fully protected computer! Long term this allows your assets (Computers) to last longer; Having over 10 years experience in the IT industry managing IT for firms, I hate seeing a business just simply replace a computer because its "Slow" or causing problems without researching or properly implementing their IT policies and infrastructure which will save £££££ long term! If my business was bigger with more reputation (I am struggling) as a small IT firm, I would have happily helped you with this if you need it, but frankly being as small as my business is and the competitive overcrowding nature of the IT industry I doubt that'll happen. Good luck
Have a good break 😊
