I’m learning a lot from your videos thank you for posting them. I live about 150 miles from you, and planning on starting a smaller scale headstone business. Would you mind if i stopped in for a visit ( with notice ahead of time) this spring as i have several questions? ( including what Compressor, cutter, suppliers, etc). Thanks, Ross.
We do about 5k stones a year and only pin maybe 10 a year. Never have a problem but we do pretty sizable footings and wait a good 9 months for ground to settle
This is the setting compound I use. www.milessupply.com/product/set-rite-setting-compound-quote/ This is the glue for sandblasting. Filler 211 www.milessupply.com/product/anchor-filler/
I would like to see the work done on the foundation before you did the reset. Also lay a level on the base to show if it is level. Thats a must where I come from. Who fixes the ruts in the cemetery. Not really impressed with this job.
This was interesting.
Thanks I was very happy with the new setting bar.

Where can we get the monument setting tool used in this video?
Link in the description.
That was a large flipping stone!! reminds me of the cats eye Kreger stone over in Constableville!!
This one makes the cats eye look small.
Did you use ab nd filter for the lens, great contrast
Almost all of our video Work is just done with our I phones. No filters I do a little color correction.
Since the polished granite is so slick, what do you use to rough it up, to give it some grip?
What do you need the grip for?
Big job 👍nice video🪦
It was a long time in the making I'm glad its done.
You guys do a fantastic job! How has the Covid19 pandemic affected business?
Thanks. The pandemic has not affected us to much. It is affecting supply chains now and its slowing everything down.
What music are you listening to? I like acoustic guitar.
Mostly worship music some instrumental and some movie soundtracks. I also listen to lots of audio books and podcasts.
Hard to believe that you don’t pin stones. I always use 2 pc 3/4 stainless bars and 4 holes min 6” deep.
Ya We never have and have never had an issue with it I don't see very many guys doing pins but I know some do.
Have to use stainless dowels here in Australia
