No busco ofender a nadie, pero tenemos muchas cosas malas aquí: -Café de baja calidad: granos picados, podridos, en mal estado en general. -Tostado excesivo: el tostado del café debe ser de color pardo, no negro. Quemarlo le da un sabor amargo y se pierden las notas de sabor propios de cada tipo de café que los caracteriza. -Azúcar carbonizado: El torrado es comúnmente usado para enmascarar el mal sabor del café de baja calidad. Pero en este caso el azúcar se deja quemar hasta carbonizarse, lo cual lo torna nocivo para la salud. La descomposición del azúcar a altar temperaturas (caramelo quemado) crea subproductos amargos, restos de carbón y otros derivados que son directamente nocivos para la salud, como los radicales libres, que consumidos en exceso pueden producir varias afecciones en el cuerpo y hasta cáncer. Y es por esto que en muchos países se ha prohibido torrar el café. -Margarina: y por último tenemos aceite vegetal hidrogenado... no hace falta mencionar que el proceso de hidrogenar aceite tampoco es muy amigable con el cuerpo humano. ¿Lo probaría? Sí, definitivamente, je je. Pero no es algo que tomaría todos los días. Como curiosidad está bien, pero consumirlo todos los días es igual de malo que fumar.
