Hello Ms. Finley, I've watched some of these "Stick" mobility videos and wanted to ask how do you rate these Mobility sticks vs regular staves that have been around forever? A set of them is also quite a lot of money where I live just over $500. Just want to know if they are worth such a large investment. Thank you.
Hi! Great question. I really enjoy the stick mobility Sticks and find that the ability to bend but not break is the key difference and reason to buy them. Being able to push into the point of bending the stick allows you to go deeper into your stretch, it requires more active engagement of your muscles and is a great way to get time under tension while you are working your muscles. That said, I know they are expensive. I always recommend people do some of my videos with a regular stick first because there are many exercises that don't require the bend at all. I have also made an effort to create a lot of single stick workouts, so you have the option of buying one stick (thereby reducing the initial investment) and seeing for yourself whether you want and need the whole bundle. This was so perfect for today. Thank you!

Thanks so much! I'm so happy to know my videos are helping you feel better! ☺️
Excellent! So it seems to me the ideal minimal length of a mobility stick is slightly longer than arm span for the individual using the stick.
There are some cool moves to do with a much shorter stick, but I'd say yes, that's optimal.
I needed this 1,000% 😅
Yay! So glad you enjoy it!
