You can kill the bull of the palace by using the firecracker before it sees you. It will then charge into a wall and knock itself out, allowing you to finish it.

You can actually do a sneak attack on Snake Eyes Shirafuji (8:50) by coming from the fort, and sneaking from her side.
I've always (accidentally) one shot Okami Leader Shizu (13:00) by jumping at the same time than him. You are offered a free death blow if you've got the anti aerial skill.
I came from the fort, used Gaichin's sugar, and was right behind Snake Eyes and wasn't able to do a deathblow. If you could previously then it's been patched.
@@PunkZombie1300 I'm on my last NG+ and didn't kill her yet, so I'll check it out tonight.
The last time I did it, we were on v1.0.3 (we currently are on 1.0.4), but since we can still get the jump on the other Snake Eyes (this one I've killed already), I'd be surprised if we can't backstab this one.
Maybe she was on the look out for you (yellow triangle) because of the sounds of gunshot from her fellow snippers posted all around the fort. I usually go for the deathblow when nobody is searching for me anymore. No Gaishin Sugar needed.
@@Zelarith I killed all the snipers on my way back, and no one was alerted to me. I just used Gaichin because last time I tried sneaking up on her she's always turned around as soon as I got close (same exact scenario, the only difference was the sugar). So I was directly behind her back, no one was alerted, and I had no pop up for a deathblow. If it still works for you then maybe it's something else. I'm on PS4, are you on a different platform?

(though, the other side is harder to reach).
Note however that she is standing in both pictures, because I didn't come from the fort's save point, and maybe that's actually key in assassinating her, since I've always turned back around after passing her on my way to the Fort without resting at the Fort's save point.
Also, this is on Steam, wich might be relevant.

Great video, I’m tryna do all the no hit all mini bosses like this as well. I found that you can actually make the first drunkard faster by alerting him, and then running away and waiting. He’ll move up and you can sneak behind with gachins sugar and get the blow on him. That’s how I did him. I then got the other dude so we could spam the attacks, but I don’t know if that would be faster or just attacking him straight after

Not sure if it’s been patched but if not: O’rin can be done even faster. By jumping on her head before you talk to her the game registers her as enemy but it doesn’t aggro her, allowing you to sneak attack her first health bar before the fight even begins.
It was patched months ago.
Man, I had no idea there was a second Headless in the water at the Palace. That explains the odd trajectories.

You can use the spear on Shigikechi to lower his posture even faster.

12:55 you can be faster if you anti air deathblow. You have to grapple on the sides and then in mid grapple anti air deathblow.
14:18 you can use a spear to pull off armor

If you ever do this again, you should know that if you jump on o rins head before the fight starts, you can get a stealth deathblow
The only game where the use of confetti and candy are classified by the Geneva Convention as a war crime.

1. What are the two things that he makes before a fight (the purple and the red one)?
2. At 5:54 he fights Yamauchi on the stairs while it's snowing. Is it possible that I've made the same fight at sunset? If so you can do the same fight in different moment of the game?
1) Divine confetti and the yashiraku sugar (probably spelled the latter wrong)
2) in sekiro by killing some bosses you advance in time of a day , if you want you can do do this fight before genichiro and you can do it even after killing main boss as it's optional

U can do double the posture damage while doing the axe hit the rb button and it will do double damage
Hey man, great vid, but are you open to doing cheese strats or not? I mainly ask this because you can technically kill Gyoubu and Blazing Bull in one shot (faster), but the strategy to do so is an exploit.

I recommend using Malcontent against Headless and Shichimen Warriors, especially to stop them from deflecting you to teleport away

u can backstab both of snake eyes minibosses and deathblow from jump third shichiman. And iron man could die much faster. Speedruners, before skip was discovered, baited him to suicide like in 5-6 seconds. Headless can be whistled down. Its still cool though
that big boy of the red guard, you can use loaded spear to drag his armor with 2 times. I believe you can get a faster kill.
Aside from the Shichimen Warriors which you need this item to make the fight easier on yourself, I noticed the common theme with these mini boss fights is Divine Confetti. Thinking back to my earlier comment as I'm writing this now, I guess Divine Confetti makes all the mini boss fights easier.......?

Pro tip you can inta-kill the Sakura bull by going behind it stealthily and using firecrackers

I found a way to cheese Shirafuji
What you do is, when she does her kick attack, back out of range while she's winding up, wait for her to kick, and attack her once. This will make her attempt to kick you again. Back out of range and repeat.
What was up with like the 5 whiffed attacks on blazing bull? Were you not looking at the screen or something?
Your attacks are queued in this game, so if you spam r1, you will attack until the input's you've press run out.
You could bait jozou to you and get one deathblow you can firecracker the sakura bull ito a wall for insta kill
On Orin of the waters, was that senpou leaping kicks or shadow rush? Or was it just jumping off of her head
