I’m using Windows 10 Pro with an Intel i7-7700, but I don’t have a dedicated graphics card-just integrated graphics. Should I still enable Game Mode and set my integrated graphics to high performance in the graphics settings?
@@M11cah Nah i be getting average 300fps but it randomly drops to 5fps and it only started this season and only affects fortnite every other game runs perfectly fine even more demanding games like cyberpunk on high graphics
Idk why but my game was buttery smooth after actually uninstalling the predownloaded textures. Idk why. Must be a disk optimization issue for fortnite. Maybe it reas texture right from disk instead of putting them in ram first
@ Performance mode uses dx11 and for some reason on Fortnite, any dx11 based rendering stutters like a lot for some reason. Performance mode only does it less because it’s a bit more optimized. Dx12 doesn’t really stutter at all, but it does get less fps than performance mode. Now for predownload streamed assets. I used to use it. Based on what it does it should make the game work better. But in my case, as soon as I turned it off my game was smoother. I think it’s because during the game, it loads the data from the disk instead of loading it into ram first, causing more disk usage and more stutter. That’s why I use dx12 and predownload off. I noticed this on my pc, so it might not be the same for everyone but it doesn’t hurt to try. My dx12 settings are everything set to low but 3D res 100%.
@@MarVeida Then u probablly have bottleneck (ur CPU is not enough for your GPU) check on how much % does your CPU while gaming run, if its over 90% u need better cpu to use your GPU fully

it's probably because your gpu is better than your cpu, so when you increase the graphics, the bottleneck is less.

@ latest nvidia driver, no AA. Nvidia control panel balanced preset. Low latency set to ultra for Fortnite. What are your specs?

go to settings change ur res to 1920 x 1080 then ur strech res will be gone but js revert changes and it will fix

4000 hz is really stressful for cpu and can decrease fps and performance. use 1000hz, maybe 2000hz max. peterbot himself is using 1000hz atm
