I'd like to see that. I'm interested in learning how shallow these boats can go incase I buy one one day to guide from. Still would kayak guide also though. Email me. Cleanfunfishing@gmail.com maybe we will meet up soon
It was one of my favorite reels but a little bulky compared to others I have used. Good drag and smooth reeling. Handled salt pretty good. The button didn't always click into place though. I had to slap the handle to get it to fully engage after each cast and that was annoying to me. Decent reel but my Lew's Hypermag is number one on my list of the best reels I have tried out. I've owned 3 Hypermags and I love them
Thanks for the insight. I'm actually looking to upgrade my reel. I'm going to be fishing 95% saltwater and this set up will be targeting trout and reds. I was having trouble choosing between the lews custom pro, shimano chronach g, and the lews hypermag. Have you had any issues with corrosion on the hypermag since it had a magnesium frame?

I think heard you say something about remote. You talking about the min kota? You can download it on your phone
I'll tell Tom to look in to that. Thanks man
You can run that trolling motor with you phone.
Really!!? I'll tell Tom about that. Thank you
@@cleanfunfishing the trolling motor has to be a Ultrex, Ulterra, Terrova, or PowerDrive model to use the app. Looks like he has a Riptide.
I'll have Tom look into it and see. Thank you Jerry!

Can you do a one year review of your chronarch g?

@@90polio yes I have had corrosion issues but I don't clean my reels after each use and the hypermag still has outlasted all others I have tried
Did yall go into turtle pen?
It was our first time to explore that area and we hit a lot of different areas. I'm not sure if we hit turtle pen
You gonna get spoiled in those gas engine vessels 😉😎
😁 nah I'll still love a kayak more
Better luck on another day… good content
It was tough without a trolling motor but always a great time on the water. Thanks man 👍
The amount of fish I seen was INSANE, and didn’t land a single fish! Went home mad😅
We had hell getting them to bite but was a beautiful day to be on the water
