  • Creamy Corn & Spinach Pasta
    Servings - 3
    INGREDIENTS
    Water - 1 litre
    Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
    Salt - 1 teaspoon
    Penne pasta - 150 grams
    Water - 300 milliliters
    Frozen sweet corns - 100 grams
    Oil - 2 tablespoons
    Garlic - 2 teaspoons
    Spinach - 70 grams
    Oregano - 1 teaspoon
    Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
    Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
    Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
    Whole wheat flour - 1 tablespoon
    Milk - 200 milliliters
    Grated processed cheese - 50 grams
    PREPARATION
    1. Take a pan, add 1 litre water, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 150 grams penne pasta and boil for 8 - 10 minutes.
    2. Remove it from heat and strain it.
    3. Take a pan, add 300 milliliters water and bring it to a boil.
    4. Add 100 grams frozen sweet corns and boil for 3 - 5 minutes.
    5. Remove it from heat and strain it.
    6. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 2 teaspoons garlic and stir well.
    7. Add 70 gams spinach and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
    8. Add boiled sweet corns and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
    9. Add 1 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
    10. Add 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour and cook for 2 minutes.
    11. Add 200 milliliters milk and cook for 2 minutes.
    12. Add 50 grams grated processed cheese and cook for 2 minutes.
    13. Add boiled pasta and cook for 3 - 4 minutes. Remove it from heat.
    14. Serve.
