Marvel's Avengers is an upcoming action-adventure video game based on the Marvel Comics superhero team the Avengers, the game is inspired by the long-running comic book mythology and adaptations in other media. The game's main storyline takes place five years after A-Day, a celebratory day for the Avengers wherein a tragedy resulted in death and destruction, and the Avengers were blamed. The team is forced to reassemble to save the world from peril in the form of A.I.M. led by MODOK which threatens ending the world from superpowers. The game features an online co-op mode, allowing players to assemble a team of heroes of their own. The initial playable characters include Steve Rogers / Captain America, Tony Stark / Iron Man, Bruce Banner / Hulk, Thor, Natasha Romanova / Black Widow, and Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel, with more becoming available to players post-launch.

Fun Fact: This is the Mark XXXIX - Starboost
. The suit earned its name "Starboost" for having the ability to travel into sub-orbital ranges and for venturing into space, as it is derived from its name. It was built with an armor that could stand the cold temperature and radiation in space and was built in with an oxygen tank to allow Tony to be able to breathe while he was in space.

You realize the mcu did not create these characters right? These characters are based off comics that date back decades. This game is based on those characters not the mcu which is another version of the comics too.

What’s the soundtrack list? There are a lot of metal songs, but I can’t find the list.
Missed opportunity : Spacebuster. Variation on a Hulkbuster that could peel off after exiting athmosphere friction. Could have a way more powerful propulsion. Would have been a way cooler section having that suited of that first suit being burned by the atmosphere. And then the Starboost suit with the oxygen tank would be revealed.

Gotta say, that moment when he is flying in space, yells "OH SHIEEEET" then crashes with a satelite and then grabs the handle of the door AT THE LAST SECOND... that's very Uncharted.
Flight of Icarus is a great idea for this because one, the dude who made is called Iron Maiden, and two, the Icarus in the song is Tony.
If there is one good thing to take from this game this is one of them

Pardon me for questioning game logic, but if the shrink ray works like Ant-Man's suit, it would just compress the atoms and increase density while decreasing size. So, if it does that, than that thing still weighs as much as it did previously. With that, it would likely form a crater when falling, let alone be impossible for a normal human to lift.
(Again, just saw this in recommend, decided to check it out, and know nothing about the lore of this game.
In case I missed something.)

For some odd reason , he was off world. You see him reappear after Tony saves Cap in space as he arrives through the Bifrost.

Spaceflight is scary, but flight of icarus makes it less daunting.
As much as I love this sequence, I did find it annoying that Tony had this armour on the helicarrier the whole time BUT still had to go get stuff to build one? Surely he'd have just modded this one with stuff on site, especially since he was able to build the original in a cave from a box of scraps. Kind of a plot hole

1. I feel like people forget about this, but there is a Lot of radiation in space that you need to protect yourself from.
2. I know they say that objects they shrink retain their mass in this universe, but they clearly don't. They use that reasoning to explain how he's able to hit really hard when he's so small, but then he's also able to pick up large objects he is shrunk as though they are now weak.
3. Ignoring the fact that he somehow got to the ISS, which rotates Earth at about 17,000 mph, sideways, well he only flew what appeared to be straight up, he also did a ridiculous amount of damage, fine, whatever, but he gets inside, presses a button, and then immediately takes his helmet off and seemingly is affected by gravity?? The door to space was still open, and there's nothing which should cause him to fall against the wall.

The Mk.39-analog looks great. Nice royalty-free music. 😒 You should recut this with Thunderstruck from AC/DC - the storm makes it a perfect fit. People hate on the multiplayer, but i quite enjoyed the campaign (parts where you weren’t forced to play as Kamala). It was a reasonably good story.

So Starboost costs 1.4 billion. Now if we take the oxygen tank, radiation protection and all the space stuff, I assume it would cost about less then 1 billion.

I can't control iron man in this scene. It doesn't work. Someone please help. This is frustrating. What do I do. I'm moving the sticks but the stupid reticule drifts off screen. There's no way to reset this mission!!!!
Is it me or is this version of the space suit MUCH more less successful than other continuities? Hell, even in yhe iron man armored adventures TV show, the one where tony was a teen, his space suit ran fine.
